Citizens of the following countries enjoy visa free regime hence do not require a visa to enter the Russian Federation:
Russia provides visa-free entry into Russian territory to some countries. They include the CIS countries, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cuba, Hong Kong, Israel, Macedonia, Montenegro, Nicaragua, Peru, Venezuela, Thailand, and Turkey. Nationals of the countries not included in this list have to obtain a visa.

● Serbia сitizens with biometric passports obtained after April 9th, 2008 can stay in Russia up to 30 days.
● Turkey (up to 30 days) - Ordinary and Service passports holders only. In case of consequent trips total amount of days spent in Russia cannot exceed 90 days in a period of 180 days.
Flights in and out of Simferopol airport are subject to disruption. All flights to Crimea airport suspended except from Russia : Moscow, St Petersburg, etc. Ukrainian International Airlines have cancelled all flights to and from Simferopol.
